No. Your live sessions and gym check-ins are only ever visible to friends you've accepted — never public, never shown to strangers. You can also switch on Ghost Mode any time to go fully invisible while training.
Open Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent — all your data is removed right away, with no waiting period.
Open anyone's profile and use the ••• menu. Block instantly removes you from each other's app — no notification sent. Report sends the issue straight to us for review; we take every report seriously.
